Adélia Luzia Prado Freitas (born December 13, 1935), is a Brazilian writer and poet. She was born in Divinópolis, Minas Gerais, and started writing at the age of 40 which is relatively late in life for a poet. Although much of her outlook is religious, deeply Catholic, her works are often about the body. Adélia Prado's poems were translated into English by Ellen Watson and published in a book entitled ''The Alphabet in the Park'' (Wesleyan University Press, 1990). In 2014, she received the Griffin Lifetime Recognition Award, presented by the trustees of the Griffin Poetry Prize.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=2014 – Adelia Prado )〕 ==References== * (Interviewed by Ellen Doré Watson ) for BOMB Magazine 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Adélia Prado」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
